How do you charge for your services?
We charge customer to rent the lights for the season and for installation. The lights are priced by the foot.

What type of bulbs do you use?
We use C9 OptiCore LED bulbs.

Can I choose the color for my bulbs?
Yes, most customers opt for warm white.

When do you begin installation?
We begin installing as early as late October and continue installations through December.

When do you take down the lights?
Light are taken down in the beginning of January.

How are the lights stored?
We carefully take down your lights, label them, and store them at our secure office space.

How does payment work?
We require 50% down at the time of booking and the other 50% after installation.

Do you provide foliage?
Yes, we provide artificial foliage such as wreaths of various sizes.

How do I turn my lights on and off?
A timer is provided with your installation. This timer can be programmed to turn on and off during a specific time range or they can be automated to turn on and off from dusk until dawn.

How much will the lights cost me in energy?
We use LED lights, which are extremely energy efficient and a lower cost alternative to incandescent bulbs. The lights we use are so little energy that we can plug up to 500 feet into a single outlet.

What if I don't have a working/accessible outlet outside?
We can install an outlet for an additional cost.

Can commercial properties/HOAs opt for a permanent light installation?
Yes, we offer permanent light fixtures at a higher cost. These installations can be controlled via a remote or app to change the color and timer year round.
